Co-Create
This isn't your typical art class.
You won't be taught how to make someTHING. It's a class to learn to LISTEN to the Universe and Co-Create the life you're truly meant to live.
Art is a fantastic tool for this - Spirit doesn't talk in English or words, but speaks in sound, metaphor, color, texture....and it speaks in your heart.
We’ll use active meditation, movement, visual arts and writing. No art experience or materials are necessary.
We meet every 2nd Monday of the month (unless noted) both at lunch and again that evening (choose either one). The day class is at a private, residential location given upon registration, and that evening at the Center for Spiritual Living, 12875 Fee Fee Rd, St. Louis, MO 63146, 6:30- 8:30pm.
