COVID 19 Protocol

Materials/studio are cleaned…. Masks can be worn if comfortable to do so. I am fully vaccinated. I do not require full vaccination from you, but I would appreciate being informed ahead of time.

Booking Appointments & Payments

Payments are preferred upon booking your appointment. Payments are non-refundable but can be applied as a credit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be honored at no consequence to you up to three hours before your appointment. At that time, your appointment will be considered a missed appointment. I allow 1 missed appointment without consequence. We can reschedule at a later date. Any future missed appointments, you will be charged the full amount of the appointment.

Missed Appointments & Refunds

Please call if you feel you will be late. Given the nature of my work, there may not be enough time for your entire session. We may need to reschedule. Refunds will not be given, but we can find another time.

Confidentiality

All appointments are sacred space, and will be conducted in a professional manner. Details of any session will never be disclosed. Submitting your information anywhere on this site is also secure; your information is safe and will not be disclosed.
